Checkbox for Converstaions in Teams

Hi There! I've been looking through apps i can connect with the conversations inside microsoft teams. I was wondering if I can have a check-box for comments. 

Because I'm often asking questions to my team so I need to now not only their response, but also if they have checked it without necesarily writing back. 

I'm thinking of something simple like this, from Clickup App:

I've tried with Approvals but it needs several steps for something that is actually very simple; also, approvals isn't working. I've also used apps integrated in tabs ,but they don't notify; and it will be even better if i can check this kind of comments in the conversation itself.
