Cannot Make Call or join meetings
I have Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 license and I've been using its features including teams since May 2022. However, for the last couple of weeks "Call" and "Video Call" options are inactivated and I cannot send teams meeting invitation to people or I cannot joing the meeting invitations through the teams application on my laptop. Can somebody please help me on this problem?
- Sorry to hear that you are experiencing that issue. Can you please share more details about the problem? Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 does not include Microsoft Teams. Are you using Teams for Live (when signing via Microsoft account to Teams) or are you using Teams for work (when signing via work or school account)? When you sign in to Teams from web (http://teams.microsoft.com/), does the problem continue to happen or does it appear only in desktop version of Teams?
