Cannot hide gallery in "focus on content" or "full screen" mode
- Jan 14, 2022
We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue with focus mode in meetings. The feature team is aware of the issue and has an internal fix in testing. We'll keep you posted as soon as the fix is rolling out.
Update: Fix is now rolling out to production.
is there a way to hide toolbar like what is working in browser? the browser has the really thing I want: nothing but view of shared screen
I can't say "full screen" or "focus on" mode has toolbar is wrong, but that sounds like a idiot as we have the theory "pin/unpin" for almost all the windows since windows 95

6 Months later and this is still broken? In a meeting right now and a huge portion of the screen is used showing me the profile pictures of the people in the meeting. I can't click Focus on Content. Well, I can click it but it just flickers and goes right back to showing the gallery.
Come on MS. Fix the stuff you broke please.

Kelemvor333 A quick tip, if you press "Ctrl-Minus" while in content-sharing mode, it will zoom in on the content portion and zoom out the gallery. This has helped me get around the issue for now. "Ctrl-Plus" a few times to get back to normal.
Hope this helps until MS gets this fixed.
