Cannot answer incoming calls in Win10 local Teams if I have the PlayStore Teams app open and running

Call Settings -
Calls ring me
Also Ring: No One Else
If Unanswered: 60 sec forward to (###) ###-####

I frequently miss incoming calls if I have both the App and the Program open.  The only solution has been to uninstall the Teams App from my android Samsung Note 8.
Teams App on my cell does not ring.
Teams program on my win10 machine only registers the missed call. (You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.26376 (64-bit). It was last updated on 9/30/2021.)
