Auto-start minimized in system tray?

On windows startup Teams will run normally won't start minimized; if I tick to "start in background" will not start at all (need to run manually, maybe it is started but there is no Team tray icon)

Have read is a common issue since years, how the f. is possible? It is the only tool behave this way.
