Auto attende call flow with voicemail

Hi Team,

 

I have one issue with call flow connected to Auto Attende and I need you help 

 

1. If I chose redirect and type user I can select any user in company with licences (E5 is in this case)

2. If I chose voicemail - some account without number show up, but not accounts of users

 

What I need to do or is it possible to point to voicemial of user

      Hi Doug Lee Thank you for answer and help it works, so to be clear we can user Distribution Groups and what about Share Mailbox ?

        Hi mmachniak. Based on my limited testing, if you use a distribution list as the target then the message is emailed to everyone on the list. If you use a group, then the message gets sent to everyone in the group as well as showing up in the group mailbox.

         

        From my perspective, the advantage is that you don't have to have a dedicated account and license for the shared mailbox. The disadvantage is there are multiple copies of the voicemail, so it is not as easy to tell if it has been responded to.
