Allowing third party cookies in Desktop Teams App

Hi folks,

I have an issue with cookies in the desktop teams app. I can add apps like Lucidchart, but when I need to log in to those apps (which opens a webpage) I get the notification that its not possible to log in since third party cookies are not allowed. When I use the Teams Web App this is not an issue. Is there a way in which I can allow these cookies for myself and other tenants? The most secure option would be to be able to whitelist certain domains, but I have no idea if this is possible.
