Accessible videoconferencing

Hello

We work with vision impaired user as part of our activity on vision restoration systems. From the feedback we gathered from our users, they would need larger buttons and fonts to interact with the application (especially to accept incoming video calls and to share their camera feed). Is there any accessibility option in Teams that could be used to that effect?
