Error message on when someone trying to book their appointment
Hi,
The customers get an error message when they are trying to book an appointment.
The error message- "Please try again. Something went wrong. We couldn't book that appointment. Please reload the page and try again."
Also, there is an issue with the calendar, there is incorrect availability.
Can you help, please
- tomnutCopper ContributorSame issue. Although it shows to the customer that they are unable to book it and does not send out any notifications, it does book the slot into the booking (taking up available capacity). Useless!
- BCKeeCopper ContributorSame thing happened to me for my 1:N services. It works fine for 1:1 service.
RichardW335 you mentioned your temporary measure is to change it to 8 hours so does that resolve your issue? My service is only 3.5 hours, and it still doesn't work. - Robert GraauwBrass ContributorThis is what i'm experiencing. I hope it gets fixed soon. Strange thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for different services.
- Babu_AlagarsamyMicrosoftDo you still see this issue?
Thanks,
Babu

KrystianZawistowski We've been having same / similar issues for a week or so now. It only happens with all day bookings. I can see that Microsoft have had similar issues in April 2022 and November 2022 which seemed to be caused (and fixed) by them. Hoping they can roll back whatever they've done as we use this for desk bookings and it is hurting us at the moment. As a temporary measure I've changed bookings to 8 hours but this is sub optimal for a number of reasons.
- charissereginaCopper ContributorHaving similar issues with my 1:N appointments with only 1-hour bookings with 1 assigned staff.

Same problem with all-day events. It started some weeks ago. Microsoft support hasn't reacted to the ticket for 12 days now.
- Mark_ConeyworthCopper ContributorSame problem, As a service we run around 10 1:N services (on separate calendars) I've checked every setting and everything is the same across the services (although none were changed previously and it worked for the last year or so). What's bizarre is it's only affecting 3 of those 10 calendars, with the others working still. I've tried changing times to no avail, but 2 of the services are mirrored in all settings but the name, 1 works, 1 doesn't. I've tried re-building a couple from scratch and get the same error, I've tried other suggestions from other threads and help articles I've seen many bugs with bookings over the years, but I can't get my head around this one. These calendars are used for training NHS staff and we're getting a lot of frustrated customers.

KrystianZawistowski Any update on this? We are having the same issue with one of our most popular services. I have tried building a new service entirely. 1:1 bookings are fine. Anything 1:N gets the error.
It would be great if Microsoft could at least acknowledge the issue so we know there is a fix on the way.
- KrystianZawistowskiCopper ContributorHi Jamie,
Unfortunately, this has not been resolved yet.
Not sure if someone from the Microsoft team looking at that, but would be good if someone could update the group if there is an easy fix for this issue.
Thanks

KrystianZawistowski Our organization is experiencing similar issues. This is unacceptable.

- Chris_JollCopper ContributorHi to all, same here. We have various 1:1 appointments. User gets Message something went wrong, but Bookings books the slot without any information in the Calender. Normaly it gives you the name of the person that booked and also the name of the appointment. Even as an admin I can not even delete the blocked slot. Very strange.....
