Error message on when someone trying to book their appointment

Same issue. Although it shows to the customer that they are unable to book it and does not send out any notifications, it does book the slot into the booking (taking up available capacity). Useless!
This is what i'm experiencing. I hope it gets fixed soon. Strange thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for different services.

- Same here. It has not been resolved, and Microsoft support hasn't reached us for a month now. No comments.
