Error message on when someone trying to book their appointment
Hi, The customers get an error message when they are trying to book an appointment. The error message- "Please try again. Something went wrong. We couldn't book that appointment. Please reload the ...
KrystianZawistowski Any update on this? We are having the same issue with one of our most popular services. I have tried building a new service entirely. 1:1 bookings are fine. Anything 1:N gets the error.
It would be great if Microsoft could at least acknowledge the issue so we know there is a fix on the way.

Unfortunately, this has not been resolved yet.
Not sure if someone from the Microsoft team looking at that, but would be good if someone could update the group if there is an easy fix for this issue.
