Error message on when someone trying to book their appointment

Hi to all, same here. We have various 1:1 appointments. User gets Message something went wrong, but Bookings books the slot without any information in the Calender. Normaly it gives you the name of the person that booked and also the name of the appointment. Even as an admin I can not even delete the blocked slot. Very strange.....
