Error message on when someone trying to book their appointment

This is what i'm experiencing. I hope it gets fixed soon. Strange thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for different services.

      Same here. It has not been resolved, and Microsoft support hasn't reached us for a month now. No comments.
