Error message on when someone trying to book their appointment

Same issue. Although it shows to the customer that they are unable to book it and does not send out any notifications, it does book the slot into the booking (taking up available capacity). Useless!

- BCKeeSep 06, 2023Copper ContributorSame thing happened to me for my 1:N services. It works fine for 1:1 service.
RichardW335 you mentioned your temporary measure is to change it to 8 hours so does that resolve your issue? My service is only 3.5 hours, and it still doesn't work.
