Where to ask to delete Microsoft 365 Developer Program account (profile)

Let me ask about where to ask to delete a Microsoft 365 Developer Program account(profile).
This post might be inappropriate here but let me ask as follows because I do not find the useful answers yet.

My predecessor joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.
After she left my company, I took over her company mobile phone with the same phone number.
Since my predecessor left without deleting the account(profile) of the program,
I am unable to join the program using the company mobile phone number.
*Please see the screenshot of the error.

I created a support case through the support for the Visual Studio subscription and inquired.

If there are any other contact points, please let me know.
Regards,

    This is the final report.

    https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/ja/subscriptions/support/
    https://my.visualstudio.com/GetHelp

After creating the first support case above, the followings have been done.

    1) They ask me to create a new support case again after signing up for one of the following paid plans in Personal/Business/Enterprise

    https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/ja/vs/pricing/

    2) The following response was received

    - The previous Microsoft 365 Developer Program account will be automatically deleted on 2025/4/4

    - However, the phone number will be linked 60 days later

    - They ask me to create a new support case at that time to see if my current company mobile phone number is available

    3) Based on the above response, it has become clear that it will take time to resolve the issue.

I plan to change my phone number soon and join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program

    That's all.

I created a support case via Visual Studio Subscriptions support.
They responded and I can start communicating with them.
It might probably take some time to resolve the issue, but I will share the results here.
