Let me ask about where to ask to delete a Microsoft 365 Developer Program account(profile). This post might be inappropriate here but let me ask as follows because I do not find the useful answers y...
I created a support case via Visual Studio Subscriptions support.
They responded and I can start communicating with them.
It might probably take some time to resolve the issue, but I will share the results here.
