It seems that your personal account is linked as a guest account in your tenant. To fix this, the first option is to delete your personal account:
Entra ID → Users → Guest Users → find your personal address and delete it.
It may also be helpful to clear cache and cookies in your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and log out.
You can also try to unlink manually if your account is shown as linked into Organizations and remove it from here: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/organizations. have a good day!!
