Searching for an 'Out Of The Box' solution for tracking goals and objectives of employees
Hello,
I am working on identifying an out of the box solution within the Office 365 environment that will help us in listing down and tracking the goals and objectives for employees. The solution should be able to track each employee's goals and should have a start date, end date along with a brief description.
Can anyone suggest a good way of doing all of this? I was thinking about MS planner, but want to know your opinions.

I think something like a SharePoint list would be more suited to tracking employee goals than Planner.
