Exchange disclaimer breaks when sent from iPhone?

Hey I have a bit of a strange case here, we have created HTML email signatures/disclaimers that sit in our email rules on exchange and work fine when the email is sent from a PC, Mac, Or Android but when sent from an iPhone it breaks and just uses plain text and no images just links.
