Why is Excel macros sometimes missing ?
I have an excel file with a lot of rectangular shapes showing a tree structure for a family. When the user clicks on one of the rectangulat shapes the 'story' of that person opens up in a Word dokument. BUT ... Most often the macro 'assigned' to the OnAction WONT run - instead this message comes up: The macros is NOT shown when I "show macros" but it IS present in the VBA section when I press alt+F11 ! When it's working it's most often reight after a reboot og the machine - then it maybe works in 10-30 minuts and then the problem is back again ! I HAVE chesked the security setting allowing macros to be activated ! I have tha SAME file running under Window 10 for years WITHOUT any problems !!!! I can see out there that people FOR YEARS have had similar problems with missing macros - but unfortunately I found no solution ! What the _BEEP_ is wrong here ?
Error installing Apps 365, command not supported.
I was performing an Online Repair for a user. It did the uninstall fine, but then threw this error. I tried to reinstall, same error. Used the MS Cleanup tool, ran SFC, cleared temp files, cache... Internet connection is stable. Disabled security software (Zscaler). I'm out of ideas. I'm hoping someone has seen this before. Thanks for any help!

Microsoft 365 Windows 11 external user or guest user sign in
Consider the following situation: CompanyA has a Microsoft 365 tenant with licensed users. CompanyA has a business relationship with CompanyB which also has a Microsoft 365 tenant. All of CompanyB's Windows 11 Pro computers are Entra ID joined and Intune enrolled. All of CompanyB's users have Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses. An employee of CompanyA is stationed at CompanyB's office and needs to use one of CompanyB's computers as his primary computer. How would a technician have to configure things so that CompanyA user can sign into CompanyB's Windows 11 Pro computer and work like normal? I've done some reading online but most of the articles focus on access to cloud resources, whether that be Microsoft Teams or Entra Enterprise Apps or similar resources. I haven't found an article touching on Windows 11 sign in. MatthewDefault blocking of macros ???
According to this flowchart: Macros will be enabled IF the document is located in a trusted location ! But it's NOT the case ! I have set my Onedrive as a trusted location and I still have my macros blocked ! My OneDrive have a COPY of a shared folder from other person and this setup WORKS nicely under Windows 10 but NOT under Windows 11 ! It's as though the new default CAN'T be overwritten ! What do I have to do more under Windows 11 ?
Plans for native Windows Apps for Forms, Loop, Designer etc..
Are there any plans for native Windows Apps for Forms, Loop, Designer etc.. ? It is disappointing with Windows becoming more of a focus for AI, that these newer apps are just webapps on Windows, but you can get a native app on Android or iOS.Word under Windows 11 open links wrong !
I have a lot of Word dokuments with links to OTHER Word documents. For years I've been editing them in local Word app. and STILL do when runing Word under Windows 10, but when runing Word under Windows11 the links are opened in WebWord ! I HAVE set "dotx" to be opened in local Word in indows settings. What do I mis here ?
