Auto Archive wont shut off

I started the auto archive online at the admin center of office 365 for a user but later when I went to tic it off and said yes it hot me with a error  andy idea what I can do I attaaced some pics of th error

    Can you repeat the steps below to see any error or problem?

     

    For In-Place Archiving enabled:

    1. Go to Exchange Admin Center:
      • From the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, click Show All > Exchange.
    2. Find the User’s Mailbox:
      • Navigate to Recipients > Mailboxes.
      • Select the user whose archive you want to disable.
    3. Manage Archive Settings:
      • Click Manage mailbox archive under the Others tab.
      • Toggle Archive mailbox to Off and click Save.
