Can't send emails to gmail addresses
Hello Community, I'm trying to send an email to a gmail address from the online outlook (https://outlook.live.com/) using my personal account. I get this in response: mx.google.com rejected your message: *****@gmail.com (*****@gmail.com) Your message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email server (outside Office 365) suspected that your message was spam. To fix this, try to modify your message, or change how you're sending the message, using the guidance in this article: E-mailing Best Practices for Senders. Then resend your message. If you continue to experience the problem, contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to ask their email admin to add your email address or your domain name (the text after the "@" symbol in your email address) to their allowed senders list.
File created from SharePoint list via Power Automate cannot be opened
I have a Power Automate flow that is supposed run once a day at 7:45AM EST. Then Get items from a SharePoint list where the filter query is: ReminderOne column is less than or equal to the date when the flow was triggered and field_4 (Date and Time) is null. Next it should get the following columns and values from Get items: Site (Single line of text), PageURL (Single line of text), the email from Requestor (Person or Group with multi-select disabled), the emails from SiteOwners (Person or Group with multi-select enabled), and field_3 (Date and Time). From the values of those columns it should create an Excel file in https://xxx.com/teams/xxx/Shared%20Documents/xxx/xxx/. Lastly it should take that Excel file and attach it to an email- not as a link but as a file to download. The flow runs successfully, however, when I try to open the file in the folder its in or in the email attachment, I get an error that the file can't be opened.
Integrating Microsoft Groups and Team Channels
We have a Shared Inbox called email address removed for privacy reasons that is shared with me and a member of the company. I'd like to convert this into a Microsoft Group to use it internally in Teams Chat and receive emails in Outlook under the Groups section. I'd also like to create a channel where all the files we want to share are available inside Teams. So, is there a way to integrate a group as a channel in Teams, or is there a different approach?
How to copy the location from an existing calendar item
Subj says it all. I created a calendar item with the location no problem. I needed to make more calendar items using the same location, but I cant for the life of me figure out how to copy the location data. Clicking the location opens a subform that lists the address however there is no way I can find to copy it. I ended up typing teh address in notepad so I could copy/paste into the calendar invites. Information about incoming mails to another address
I am looking for a method or addin (also for a fee) to send information to another mailbox when a mail is received in an M365 mailbox. Neither the mail nor the subject should be forwarded. It is only about the information ("new mail in the mailbox email address removed for privacy reasons") I thought there was an option in the rules in the new Outlook M365 to select ‘Notify’ for actions.
