New Training Services Partner Onboarding Update
Hello new TSPs.
We are currently updating the onboarding process to provide better communications around process and timing. While we work to update, please send me a private message if you have completed the onboarding form and you are currently waiting on a response.
I anticipate this workaround to last for a few weeks and for us to have a new process in place in January. Once the update is complete and the normal process resumes, I will delete this thread.

Guidance Needed: Adding or Swapping Domains for Partner Global / Location ID
We currently have a Global Partner ID and a Partner Location ID with existing domain assigned to this Location ID. A new domain has been registered for our training services provider, and we need to understand how to move existing domain from Location ID to Global Partner ID and add the new domain to the Location ID to provide training correct way to align it with our Partner Center setup.
Question
Has anyone successfully swapped or reassigned domains between a Global Partner ID and a Partner Location ID?
• Is this something that Microsoft support needs to handle directly?
• Or can we update the domains ourselves in Partner Center → Legal and Identities without disruption to existing settings?• If a new domain is added, do we also need to register it with Skillable or other third‑party entities used for training delivery, or is Partner Center configuration sufficient?
Context
We’re trying to minimize downtime since we have scheduled trainings coming up soon. Any guidance on the recommended approach, steps involved would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,

Please review the Get Started documents that were linked in the welcome email. You'll find instructions on how to set up required operational processes to be able to deliver official Microsoft training (Achievement Codes, MTM surveys, MCT deliveries). Once those are in place you can deliver training.

Thanks for the update, Dan. Good to know there’s a workaround in place while the process is being improved. I’ve submitted the onboarding form and will follow up via private message. Looking forward to the updated system in January.
