Hi,

We submitted our Training Services Partner onboarding application on 22 April 2026 and have not yet received any update regarding its status.

We contacted Microsoft Partner Support (Case ID: 2604210010000651), and they advised that Training Services Partner onboarding is managed through this channel and is outside the scope of Partner Center support.

We would appreciate your assistance with the following:

Confirm whether our onboarding submission has been received.

Provide the current status of our application.

Advise whether any additional information or actions are required from our side.
