I Can't find My PL 300 Certification in MS Learn Portal
Hello Team,
Hope you are all doing well.
I have completed my PL 300 Cerfification on August 16th from the Pearson VUE partner. And I have received an email from the MS with "Congratulations on passing your Exam: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam!".
But, I was not able to see the cerficate from the MS Learn Profile. And following are the details for the examination.
Candidate Name : SUNEEL SUGGALA
Registered Email Address : email address removed for privacy reasons
Date of PL 300 Certification : Saturday, August 16, 2025
Please do the needful.

@suneel_55 I believe you will have to submit a support ticket for this, DanDonohue is that correct?
Thanks for the response. When I was trying to raise a support ticket, based on the instructions provided on this link I didn't able to see "Learning" option under the drop-down. And it is tricky to locate.
