I Can't find My PL 300 Certification in MS Learn Portal
Thanks for the response. When I was trying to raise a support ticket, based on the instructions provided on this link I didn't able to see "Learning" option under the drop-down. And it is tricky to locate.
Hence, I filled this form https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR9SQgdTBB3hHnpJO6XSRH7RURDkwT0FBRjQ5TVpFMjZXMTUzOElISVdTTS4u&route=shorturl
Please do the needful. As the PL 300 certification is more important for my career growth.
Hi suneel_55 -
We don't have the expertise to help you. This forum is for Training Services Partners, not certification support. The link that JillArmourMicrosoft provided is the correct one. Scroll down about 75% of the page and you'll see a heading for "How to submit a support request". It will take you to this page where you can log your issue.

Thanks for the response DanDonohue,
As i mentioned, i gone through all the solutions which are listed in the help pages. When I'm trying to submit a support request, I was not able to see "Learning" option to select under the drop-down as a end user. I have also had a chat with MS help center, they also confirmed they were able to see but, end user not able to see.
It would be helpful if you can share a email for the Learning support.
Attached the screenshot for reference.

There is no email for Learning support, the link provided is the ONLY method of contact
Try using this URL directly
This will preselect the first two options e.g.,
If you cannot see this, it is a problem with your account/computer as it works OK for everyone else

Hello Julian_Sharp,
As I mentioned at the beginning of this conversation, the Learning option is not visible — not just for me, but for others as well. I’ve tested this across multiple devices, accounts, and networks.
It’s possible that you’re seeing the option because you're using a business account or have elevated access on Microsoft's end. However, for regular end users, the Learning section is currently not accessible. This seems to be an issue that needs to be addressed by the site owner or administrator, who may need to republish or update the content.
I hope this can be looked into and resolved soon. Thank you.
