My hotmail account is blocked by Microsoft
My Hotmail account has been blocked by Microsoft due to “unusual activity,” and I urgently need help. I’ve attempted recovery multiple times, but the phone verification system is not working and all my requests keep getting rejected with the reason "that information I provided was not sufficient enough". I also have an active Microsoft 365 subscription tied to this email, and I can no longer access any of my Office 365 services. This issue needs immediate resolution.

Go to the Microsoft account recovery page (https://account.live.com/acsr). Use the most familiar details: old passwords, exact security info, and the "I don't have any of these" option to trigger alternative verification like emailing a backup contact.
Since you have a paid 365 subscription, your best and fastest option is to contact Microsoft Support directly. Choose the billing and subscription support option, as they often have a higher priority and can help verify your identity through your payment method to unblock the account.
