Microsoft Feedback Portal account issue

Afaik Microsoft does not provide any support for the Feedback portal, and I doubt anyone from the responsible team read these forums either.
Honestly, I'm not expecting them to see this either. However the account support team wanted me to try it.
I want to be able to go back to them and say that I did because I won't be putting this to bed until my account is fixed. I don't want my old email associated with my account in any way, as soon it won't be active and could belong to someone else in the future.
So I'll keep raising tickets with the account team until its resolved.
