How to access to cdx.transform.microsoft.com ?

Hi I'm trying to reach someone in Partner Support however all attempts lead nowhere. I've opened cases and they have been closed automatically without being fully answered. I've tried to use the Partner Support Options located here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/partner-support-options-6e2fefd9-4adf-2be1-9968-165aa84b1c3b Support by phone takes you to the usual process for opening a case, this does not provide an option in the list for the problem I'm having. It also does seem to just result in opening a new case so I'm back where I started and no phone number provided. If I click chat online with an agent I get the following: I am logged in to my partner account, I have tried multiple computers. I also tried calling the regular Microsoft Support number here in the UK 0344 800 2400 but it is an entirely automated service. It doesn't understand my request and also doesn't allow you to speak with an actual person. Greetings all, I’ve been trying to sign into CDX Platform over my phone so I can get started with demos and understand better how these programs work. In the morning, I created a tenant for the Microsoft Endpoint Protection with Windows Defender, from a Cloud PC that I was using. Nonetheless, this evening I get thrown with this error when I try signing in: Nonetheless, when I check if I still have my partnership at the Partner Portal, I see it’s still there. In regard to the pricing adjustments announced in https://news.microsoft.com/2024/12/03/local-currency-price-adjustments-for-microsofts-commercial-cloud/, will the new pricing only come into effect for new and renewing customers or will customers in their existing terms also see a reduction? Hi all, My business was a verified Microsoft partner and we made the decision to change the business name and domains, to reflect this change I updated our legal info in the partner centre and since then the business has failed verification for the reason: "This domain does not meet the requirements of our program." I have opened a case with support which so far hasn't responded in a week, and there is no contact number to speak with someone to move this forward. The real bit that puzzles me is the fact that the business has less of an external profile when we got approved initially so the fact the system is telling us we are failing now Im not sure why. We have logged a ticket with MS partner support but so far no reply. The problem we are facing is that we have a -2 on net customer adds. When digging into the figures, we are seeing loss of customers that do still exist and are active. But worse still, we are seeing customers on that list THAT ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMERS, to the total of 3. That makes 4 customers in total on our "In Decline" list which should not be there. Looking at other figures (no change list) there are also customers who are not ours. Has anyone else experienced these kind of issues? Based on current figures, we need to add 11 new customers with minimum 11 users before March/April. This is impossible. Skilling and customer growth we have maximum points possible. For £420 per year it's pretty disgraceful that with Office 2024 due for release soon we still don't have access to Office 2021 in the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (stuck on Office 2019). Back in the day MS would send out CDs/DVDs in the post as soon as new software was launched but now they can't even be bothered uploading it to the website for us to download it ourselves! I've spoken to two people at Microsoft about this, and even had a teams call. While they were very friendly and understanding they were not senior enough to actually do anything about it. Come on Microsoft - we're your 'partners' and you expect us to pay a LOT of money every year for the privilege. Hi, I have an Action pack (bronze) MS subscription. I just realised that last year's subscription had expired and now I don't seem to be able to renew it or reactivate it. I have paid for another year and I know I am late but how to I prevent data being deleted in a few months when it says? The new action pack subscription doesn't seem to show up under my products in the Office portal either. Every time I try to reactivate my subscription I am asked to redeem a product key. I don't think I have one that I can find. I tried going through that and it does ask about using another payment method but I have paid. Any help would be much appreciated.
