How to access to cdx.transform.microsoft.com ?
Hello,
I'm trying to access to cdx.transform.microsoft.com with partner account, but getting failed.
I'm not sure what's my wrong, I have not enroll Action Pack, may it is reason?
Thank you!
- BrotherPCCopper ContributorHello All,
Thanks for all the suggestions, especially @WelkasWorld sadly that does not work for me.
I hope someone can help me as I urgently require access to CDX.
- I have the same issue, when I login to CDX
We looked but we couldn't find your login email address removed for privacy reasons associated to a Microsoft partner organization.
- tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, cleared cookies, browsers with no extensions, etc
- partner seems to be setup correctly
- MFA enabled
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft Entra ID P2 (TRIAL)
- Global Admin must consent to CDX permissions - the link does not work for me, reloads to https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/error/403 Not Authorized Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page. Is there any other way to access this consent option?
- Similar to Individual consent link - not authorised
- Not sure if this is relevant: From MyApps.microsoft.com trying to access Modern Workplace Tools, I get the following:
something went wrong...
You cannot access this app because it has been misconfigured. Contact your IT department and include the following information:
Undefined Sign-on URL for app "Modern Workplace Tools"
Please advice, I urgently require access to CDX platform.- WelkasWorldBrass Contributor
Hi @BrotherPC
You will not be able to access the CDX website unless admin consent will be granted on behalf of the organisation.
This error that you're getting:"You cannot access this app because it has been misconfigured. Contact your IT department and include the following information:
Undefined Sign-on URL for app "Modern Workplace Tools" " is because the Modern Workspace Tool (CDX in this case) hasn't been properly configured, ie. no admin consent has been granted.Try logging into Azure AD/ Entra ID, go Microsoft Entra ID> Enterprise applications> All applications> Modern Workplace Tools> Permissions, and you should see a blue banner "Grant admin consent for <organisation name>"
Click on it and try logging into CDX again after a few minutes.
Kind regards,

Hello, thanks for quick response!
i tried clicking that multiple times using my partner account, global admin account - it does not seem to do the job?
Could some of my accounts be missconfigured?
I also have this error, probably related, under Sign-In logs for MWT application
Sign-in error code650052Failure reasonThe app is trying to access a service '{appId}'({appName}) that your organization '{organization}' lacks a service principal for. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions or consent to the application in order to create the required service principal.Additional DetailsContact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions.
- Mikeo650Copper Contributoradditional tip that worked for me: use "EDGE" Browser with in-private window...

I've been having the same issue over the last few weeks and the below usually helps.
- 3rd party cookies are required in order to access this site. Add https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com in your browser's allowable sites for 3rd party cookies.
- Clear your browser's cookies for this site and sign-in again.
- Try an incognito window to sign in, this might give you some additional information re troubleshooting steps.
- If no one in your tenant can access CDX, please verify your tenant is set up correctly in the Partner Center. You must be enforcing MFA and the tenant must have a subscription that includes access to Azure Active Directory Office 365 Apps, AAD P1 or AAD P2 to verify the partner status of your employees. The global admin for the tenant must also consent to CDX permissions on behalf of the organization by clicking on this link.
- If only some users in your tenant can access CDX, users must consent individually to the permissions required by CDX which they can do by clicking on this link.
You will need to grant consent on behalf of your organisation.
- RamonCSPCopper ContributorFor me it worked after klicking on the link you posted at the end of your message in bold. It allowed CDX to get permissions needed and then I could use the Portal. Thank you.
- BrotherAlameenCopper ContributorI’m having the same issue, I’ve created a new thread similar to this showing the error that I have on my CDX “You are unauthorized” as seen on my profile, you can check. I’m yet waiting for a reply from the Support Community on this.
