      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running a B2B SaaS startup and I've recently been trying to become a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner in order to build integrations for customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been going through the verification process and was stuck at the employment verification step where they asked me to provide proof of domain ownership. Now, I had no idea how to do this so I submitted the following documents:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Email invoice from namecheap (issue might've been that I bought the domain with my personal email, and personal address)&lt;BR /&gt;2. Screenshot of namecheap dashboard showing that I own the domain name&lt;BR /&gt;3. Added my company house details to the website to show that the company owns the domain&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;None of these worked and I've now been hit with &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; and not sure what to do now. I've filed a support request but no one is replying. Would really appreciate anyone's guidance on this, whether you've encountered something similar and what you did to fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm piloting with a customer next week and need this integration ASAP so any help would be really appreciated!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm a member of th eMicrosoft Partner Program and earlier this year I contacted them asking them to not turn on 2FA on my account; we manage our security ourselves etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, it seems I cannot login to the portal without setting up Authenticator. I can't contact them because the only way to contact them is by logging in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to reach someone in Partner Support however all attempts lead nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've opened cases and they have been closed automatically without being fully answered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to use the Partner Support Options located here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/partner-support-options-6e2fefd9-4adf-2be1-9968-165aa84b1c3b" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/partner-support-options-6e2fefd9-4adf-2be1-9968-165aa84b1c3b&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support by phone takes you to the usual process for opening a case, this does not provide an option in the list for the problem I'm having. It also does seem to just result in opening a new case so I'm back where I started and no phone number provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click chat online with an agent I get the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am logged in to my partner account, I have tried multiple computers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried calling the regular Microsoft Support number here in the UK&amp;nbsp;0344 800 2400 but it is an entirely automated service. It doesn't understand my request and also doesn't allow you to speak with an actual person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having the same trouble?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For £420 per year it's pretty disgraceful that with Office 2024 due for release soon we still don't have access to Office 2021 in the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription (stuck on Office 2019).&amp;nbsp; Back in the day MS would send out CDs/DVDs in the post as soon as new software was launched but now they can't even be bothered uploading it to the website for us to download it ourselves!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spoken to two people at Microsoft about this, and even had a teams call.&amp;nbsp; While they were very friendly and understanding they were not senior enough to actually do anything about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come on Microsoft - we're your 'partners' and you expect us to pay a LOT of money every year for the privilege.&amp;nbsp; At least get the latest versions on the Software Benefits site!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In the morning, I created a tenant for the Microsoft Endpoint Protection with Windows Defender, from a Cloud PC that I was using. Nonetheless, this evening I get thrown with this error when I try signing in:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nonetheless, when I check if I still have my partnership at the Partner Portal, I see it’s still there.       <title>Partner renewal - What is going on?!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have logged a ticket with MS partner support but so far no reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem we are facing is that we have a -2 on net customer adds.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When digging into the figures, we are seeing loss of customers that do still exist and are active. But worse still, we are seeing customers on that list THAT ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMERS, to the total of 3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That makes 4 customers in total on our "In Decline" list which should not be there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at other figures (no change list) there are also customers who are not ours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced these kind of issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Based on current figures, we need to add 11 new customers with minimum 11 users before March/April. This is impossible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Skilling and customer growth we have maximum points possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be the first year in 10 years we have been unable to obtain partner&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Microsoft 365 Tenant - Domain being held hostage?!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Domain allocated to a Microsoft 365 tenant (A)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Domain name expires and legal ownership changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Domain cannot be allocated to a new Microsoft 365 (B) tenant as, correctly, no access is available to the previous owners tenant (A)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microsoft is the only large IT Services provider I am aware of that does not allow the transfer of a domain to a new tenant via a domain name verification process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not quite sure of the legality of this but at face value it looks like Microsoft is facilitating the illegal use of a domain name by a third party.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now at over a week waiting to get this resolved and this is yet another example of the frustration many clients have with Microsoft 365.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone can provide a signpost to get this issue resolved it would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot seem to use my action pack subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Action pack (bronze) MS subscription.&amp;nbsp; I just realised that last year's subscription had expired and now I don't seem to be able to renew it or reactivate it.&amp;nbsp; I have paid for another year and I know I am late but how to I prevent data being deleted in a few months when it says?&amp;nbsp; The new action pack subscription doesn't seem to show up under my products in the Office portal either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to reactivate my subscription I am asked to redeem a product key.&amp;nbsp; I don't think I have one that I can find.&amp;nbsp; I tried going through that and it does ask about using another payment method but I have paid.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Employment Verifcation Failed after name change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My business was a verified Microsoft partner and we made the decision to change the business name and domains, to reflect this change I updated our legal info in the partner centre and since then the business has failed verification for the reason:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;"This domain does not meet the requirements of our program."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have opened a case with support which so far hasn't responded in a week, and there is no contact number to speak with someone to move this forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The real bit that puzzles me is the fact that the business has less of an external profile when we got approved initially so the fact the system is telling us we are failing now Im not sure why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone has any advice or guidance it would be more than appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
