With Direct Routing SBC, I do get the PAI as <UPN> without any numbers, but that is also not masked by Caller ID policy we applied to that user.

I have a calling plan with Microsoft Teams.We don't have a SBC.The calls always go out with the user's number.

Are you using Direct Routing or Calling Plans?If Direct Routing - check at the SBC what is being received in the FROM\PAI when sent from Teams to the SBC.Is it the Resource Account Number or Direct Dial? I tried this configuration for one of my clients but it doesn't work (even though it seems configured correctly like your screenshot).I set the outgoing caller id with the phone number assigned to a resource account. Are there limitations for some countries like Italy? Thanks a lot
