Hi, Being new to this Microsoft world I have a question that I can’t seem to find an answer on I any forum. So what am I missing when I can´t see the voicemails for the Call Queue in the Team under the Calls tab.? The call queue are pointing to a Team and that works fine and after business hours the call go to voicemail on the same Team and that is also working fine I get the voicemail under groups in Outlook but not in the Teams client under the Calls tab. In here I can only see incoming and outgoing calls. Any ideas.?18KViews3likes11CommentsVoicemail configuration
If I in (MS Teams -> Settings -> Calls -> Configure voicemail -> Text-to-speech customized greeting option) type a custom greeting and click OK, the new settings are activated. But if I open the Configure voicemail settings again, I don't see the custom greeting I just typed. I tried with Windows client v1.4.00.29469 and from https://teams.microsoft.com, same result is this a known error?1.9KViews2likes5CommentsDirect Routing to Teams Voicemail not working
Hi Guys, We have recently discovered that PSTN callers to our Teams clients are unable to hear our Teams VM greeting nor leave VM messages. The VM works fine for Teams - Teams calls and we get the messages in our inbox just fine with that type of call but any PSTN call to the same Teams client just gets dead air when redirected to voicemail. There are no audio issues with these PSTN calls when the calls are answered so this is not a one way audio issue with the SIP etc. This used to work just fine and I am not aware of any changes nor when it stopped working, any suggestions as to why this could be now happening? If someone calls an employee on Teams and leaves a voicemail; the callback number in Teams will be missing the '0' (zero) in the 570 area code. This does not happen for other area codes, and it will not happen if the caller does not leave a voicemail. Example. Call from 570-xxx-xxxx leaves a voice mail. The call history phone number and callback number will be 57-xxx-xxxx (and obviously will not work.) This appears to be happening for all employees in a single tenant. Any ideas?2.6KViews1like8CommentsTeams Call Queue Voicemail Transcription
Hi All! Teams Voice has been great so far! I do, however, have a challenge currently with Call Queue Voicemail Transcription. The voicemail makes it over fine, and it is transcribed but.... The transcribed voicemails sometimes have our 'outside email' warning on them. It seems there are smtp sources for the transcribed messages? Does anyone know where I can obtain that information so I can exclude them from the warning? We already have @amer.teams.ms but there must be others? Below in the green box is one of the examples of our transcribed voicemails with smtp warning from our email config. Thanks in advance for your help!5.7KViews1like7CommentsUnable to Update Voicemail settings on Teams Call Queue
Hi All, Our organisation is heavily invested in Teams and use it for calling. I have been setting up call queues for a few of our areas and for the most part they have been working okay. AN issue I've run into is setting up voicemail on these queues. In the past I had simply forwarded the unanswered calls to a generic voice enabled account the redirected to voicemail. No I am trying to update that to have the voicemail account added in the queue instead. When I add the voicemail office 365 group and add an audio file or text based message the save button remains greyed out making me unable to update the queue and add a voicemail app. Nothing I do changes the save button to allow the queue to be updated. Am I missing something? Or is this a bug that is not allowing me to save the voicemail settings to an existing queue? We would like to configure voicemail so a caller can have the option to press zero to be transferred to a target instead of leaving a message. "For immediate assistance, press zero." We have discovered that if someone calls from an outside line, gets voicemail and then presses zero prior to being prompted, the outgoing greeting keeps playing while the call is ringing the target. This means you hear "Please leave a message after the beep... Press zero to be transferred" while you also hear the target ringing. This is very confusing. Has anyone else experienced this? It's one of the options under "Configure voicemail" when you select Settings->Calls. This doesn't happen if you call from an inside line, however in that circumstance the target number doesn't honor the simultaneous ring settings. We can't win!5KViews1like2Comments
