todo
32 Topicserror when sharing list
Hi all, MS support was not helpful, so hope you can support me in how to fix. My wife and I we are using private @outlook.com accounts. We are heavy users of todo and we have some shared lists between our accounts. So far all good, all fine. Now if i create a new list, no matter if in browser, ios app, .... i have to switch to another list and to switch back to see the share button. If i click it, there is the error that a problem has occured and link can't get created. Please try again. If i do so, it works and a link is created. If my wife then tries to open such link, she gets the question if she wants to access list XYZ like it should be and it always was. If she does it, there is an error "the list was not found, please contact the person who shared with you. We have the exact behaviour if she tries to share with me. The exisitng, already shared lists, are running well. Any idea or thoughts, how to overcome this issue? Greetings, Dennis397Views9likes19CommentsTo Do Task Details Not Showing
When I am in To Do, I can only add and complete tasks. I no longer have the option to click in and see details, add notes, or edit titles. I can see the area they are supposed to pop up in, but I can't expand the side window or see any information.19Views0likes0CommentsMy Tasks in Planner - Assigned to Me. Not Showing in Outlook ToDo Sidebar
Within the new Outlook, I leverage the functionality to drag a task from the ToDo sidebar and place it in my Calendar as a way to block time for completing that task. However, not all tasks show up in the Outlook ToDo sidebar. The category "Assigned to Me" does not show up meaning any task that was assigned to me in a plan I cannot place in my calendar. Struggling to find a uniform way to manage my tasks when there isn't complete visibility and uniformity in Microsoft's tools. And when will there be an updated mobile solution to Planner? The current outdated (and not supported) app does not include any premium plans, just basic.175Views2likes3CommentsGraph API 1.0 - Listing lists doesn't return all lists (todoTaskList)
Hi, first time posting here, please let me know if I should be doing something differently! I've searched throughout the internet and couldn't find a reason for this. I've got a couple of users running into a problem where the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/todo-list-lists?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http endpoint only returns one list (Flagged Emails), though these users have and see many other lists in the To Do desktop (macOS) app. I've confirmed in both cases it's the same user that's identified in my app/integration and in the desktop app. They can see the tasks in that list without a problem. There are no errors requesting that list, and asking via `/users/{id|userPrincipalName}/todo/lists` also returns the same response (with that one list). Is there any known situation where this could be happening? Am I missing something obvious? Is there something else I should be trying? I've got many other customers using the To Do integration without a problem. I'm aware "My Day" and a few other special lists aren't returned. Thank you so much!426Views0likes6CommentsMicrosoft To Do login issue and missing tasks across platforms
Hello, I'm currently experiencing a serious issue with the Microsoft To Do app on Android. Suddenly, it started prompting me to log in again. After logging in, it goes into an endless loading loop and keeps asking me to log in repeatedly. I tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I then checked the PC version of the app, and strangely, none of my To Do lists were visible. When I accessed the web version, it just says “Preparing your lists...” but nothing ever loads. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? For context, I did recently make some changes to my account’s security settings—wondering if that might be related. Thanks in advance for any help!110Views2likes1CommentUsing ToDo in new Outlook Desktop version
Hello, I would really like to use the MS To Do app in outlook, but I can't seem to find it. I have the app on my desktop. I have it online on outlook.com. (I have a PC, Windows 11) When I look on the navigation bar on the left it is not there. When I click on the square for more apps the only app that shows up is OneNote and Powerpoint. I have repaired MS 365, outlook and the ToDo app. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Georgina126Views1like0CommentsSync with Outlook Calendar
Greetings, I’m using an iPad 10th gen with Outlook for iOS. What I want to know is if its possible to sync To Do tasks that were assigned to me in My Day. I seem to do everything that I need but I cant manage to see them in my calendar. We are using this system to make a big pool of tasks that we need to do around the shops and sometimes when our regular duties are done, we could pick some tasks in the pool, assign them to the correct workers and then it would appear in their calendar so other people can see that they are already doing something in the Day. I’m sorry if its hard to understand as I’m not a native English speaker. My first language is french so dont hesitate to ask for more information if you need some. Thank you and have a good day.130Views0likes0CommentsHow do I link a ToDo list to a Chat (NOT a Team's Channel)
Hi, In a Microsoft Teams Channel, you can set up the Lists app or install the Planner app to track tasks. However, I have a chat with my boss (not a Teams Channel), and we want to track our to-dos or tasks. For some reason, I can't install the Lists or Planner app in our chat. When I click on the "+" sign at the bottom, the apps I mentioned above aren't showing up. Vipul63Views0likes0Comments
