Hi, first time posting here, please let me know if I should be doing something differently! I've searched throughout the internet and couldn't find a reason for this. I've got a couple of users running into a problem where the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/todo-list-lists?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http endpoint only returns one list (Flagged Emails), though these users have and see many other lists in the To Do desktop (macOS) app. I've confirmed in both cases it's the same user that's identified in my app/integration and in the desktop app. They can see the tasks in that list without a problem. There are no errors requesting that list, and asking via `/users/{id|userPrincipalName}/todo/lists` also returns the same response (with that one list). Is there any known situation where this could be happening? Am I missing something obvious? Is there something else I should be trying? I've got many other customers using the To Do integration without a problem. I'm aware "My Day" and a few other special lists aren't returned. Thank you so much!141Views0likes5CommentsMicrosoft To Do login issue and missing tasks across platforms
Hello, I'm currently experiencing a serious issue with the Microsoft To Do app on Android. Suddenly, it started prompting me to log in again. After logging in, it goes into an endless loading loop and keeps asking me to log in repeatedly. I tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I then checked the PC version of the app, and strangely, none of my To Do lists were visible. When I accessed the web version, it just says “Preparing your lists...” but nothing ever loads. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? For context, I did recently make some changes to my account’s security settings—wondering if that might be related. Thanks in advance for any help!53Views2likes1CommentUsing ToDo in new Outlook Desktop version
Hello, I would really like to use the MS To Do app in outlook, but I can't seem to find it. I have the app on my desktop. I have it online on outlook.com. (I have a PC, Windows 11) When I look on the navigation bar on the left it is not there. When I click on the square for more apps the only app that shows up is OneNote and Powerpoint. I have repaired MS 365, outlook and the ToDo app. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Georgina98Views1like0CommentsSync with Outlook Calendar
Greetings, I’m using an iPad 10th gen with Outlook for iOS. What I want to know is if its possible to sync To Do tasks that were assigned to me in My Day. I seem to do everything that I need but I cant manage to see them in my calendar. We are using this system to make a big pool of tasks that we need to do around the shops and sometimes when our regular duties are done, we could pick some tasks in the pool, assign them to the correct workers and then it would appear in their calendar so other people can see that they are already doing something in the Day. I’m sorry if its hard to understand as I’m not a native English speaker. My first language is french so dont hesitate to ask for more information if you need some. Thank you and have a good day.78Views0likes0CommentsHow do I link a ToDo list to a Chat (NOT a Team's Channel)
Hi, In a Microsoft Teams Channel, you can set up the Lists app or install the Planner app to track tasks. However, I have a chat with my boss (not a Teams Channel), and we want to track our to-dos or tasks. For some reason, I can't install the Lists or Planner app in our chat. When I click on the "+" sign at the bottom, the apps I mentioned above aren't showing up. Vipul42Views0likes0CommentsShared ToDo deleted tasks > how to restore?
Hello everyone, We share a ToDo with my colleagues and I deleted some tasks by mistake. I tried to restore them but whitout success. I cannot find any place where those deleted items went. I tried a lot a of solutions found on the net but none of them worked. I also point out that those tasks were not mine. So I am looking for some help. Does anyone have an idea or even a solution about that?63Views0likes0CommentsContext Menus no longer appearing when I right click on tasks
Hello - I commonly used the context menus in the ToDo web app (using on desktop) to move tasks between lists in the way demonstrated here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/move-tasks-between-or-within-lists-8360617e-63c6-4bf7-952a-60af4b920b62 Following the update to version 2.119.1 which I believe happened earlier this week I can no longer access any context menus, can't drag and drop tasks and cannot find anyway to move tasks between lists. This was a key feature for my workflow so I really need it back.Solved3.9KViews0likes3CommentsMicrosoft Todo (on Teams) does not remember sort
In teams, I can open Planner (todo) and list tasks from my todo. But each time I sort based on Title either Ascending or Descending, this works only when I am in this tab. ( I am having to do this because there is no numbering and way to set custom priority manually) Once I browse to any other view, either to Teams itself or even to just My Plans or My Day and come back to My Tasks, the sort order is lost and I have to do this again. Can this be fixed please?
