No Tabs or Buttons Appearing in Teams
I just started a new Community in Teams. The only option I have in the tool bar is to upload files. Nothing to create anything new like folders. It's coming up that way on other computers and I've run out of ideas. Here is what I am seeing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Chuck
Teams login keeps using old organization SSO (classic, Mac)
I’m running Teams classic on my Mac (because there doesn’t seem to be a personal use version of the new Teams). I used to use it with my prior job, now I want to use a personal credential. However, it keeps popping up a SSO (single sign-on) modal to authenticate with my prior organization, where I no longer work. There is no way to cancel or use an alternative, personal credential. Trying to close the modal does nor resolve the issue. What the heck? How do I tell Teams classic (Mac) to stop using SSO from the old org?WVD Personal Persistent session
Hi, we have deployed WVD in our tenant, the case here is that we have deployed WVD in personal pool session and we are evaluating the custom image that we have deployed. The problem that we are facing is that we are doing some changes in the VM, but when we disconnect the session and we tried to connect again to the VM, we are being redirected to a different VM, having different configuration and files in the VM. THere is any PS in order to configure a persistence session for VM? or does it make more sense to have a pooled session with FSLogix integration? I'm still fairly new to modern device management so please forgive me in advance! I've currently got several hundred devices enrolled via Autopilot successfully into MEM, but found a dozen or so that popped up as personal, despite that option having been restricted. Am I missing something that is allowing the occasional one to slip through the cracks? I did a quick search here and didn't come across a similar issue so figured I would ask.Adding personal account is not allowed
Hello everyone Since MS is rolling out its new Teams UI and features like adding a personal account next to your business account, I would like to give it a try but sadly failed with following error message. The message is in german but it says something like: "Due to an organization policy, you cannot use 'xy@hotmail.com' with teams on this device." So yeah, which policy is here meant? I'm a Global Administrator in our M365 environment and it drives me crazy that I can't find this policy. Also, I can't find any similar problems or documentations about this. Can anyone help? How do I integrate an already created wiki into a custom tab within a personal app?
Hello! I am currently trying to implement a wiki already created in a team into a personal app. The wiki consists of several .mht files, which are automatically sorted into a tree structure by the wiki tab and stored in the teams sharepoint. I have access to all files and now I want to integrate them into a custom tab (in a personal app) in the style of the wiki tab (as within teams). Unfortunately, as far as I know, only URLs can be included as custom tabs within Visual Studio code. If I specify the link to a .mht file, it cannot be displayed. If I link the folder with all .mht files, they are only displayed to me as a list in the sharepoint and not with the desired tree structure. What are the possibilities to call the wiki page with the tree structure as URL? I'm currently a guest on an organization's Teams account (for work) but i need to login (to Teams) separately *with the same email address* as I have a raft of school parent evening meetings linked to this email address and didn't realise that I didn't have a 'Personal' Teams account when i set up the meeting requests. Is there anything i can do or will i need to recreate all the meetings with a different email address? I have to say, the accounts and login situation with MS Teams is mighty confusing/frustrating, and I've worked in IT for decades.Shared list between personal and business - sync not working
Hello everyone I recently asked myself if it is possible to share a ToDo list between a personal and business account. Well, I found on this https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-and-share-lists-4e5aeac6-8649-4813-aae5-2c2ddea2f292 that it is possible but only when the personal account is the owner of the list and shares it with a business account. So, I tried it by myself and I got it to work but not as good as I hoped. I can join the list with my business account but when I add a task it won't sync it and doesn't show up in the list on the personal account. Bizarrely when I add a task from the personal account side it syncs the task, and It will be shown on my side with the business account. I tried it with personal to personal account as well and this one works perfectly... Thanks for your responses.
