Hello! We seem to be having a slight issue where we (Google Workspace) and our sister company (Microsoft 365) have set up Calendar Interop using the Microsoft Graph API connector. Current Setup: Calendar Interop is configured to share free/busy time between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 users. The interop is configured correctly and working as expected across most platforms. Our Issue: Users on the newest version of Outlook for Mac cannot seem to view the Google Workspace calendars correctly. Instead of seeing free/busy time slots, the entire calendar appears fully blocked out (as if all time is marked as busy). Tested already, and confirmed: OWA — works perfectly, free/busy displays correctly Outlook for Mac in Legacy Mode — works perfectly, free/busy displays correctly New Outlook for Mac — entire calendar blocked out This leads me to believe the interop configuration, permissions, and data are all correct. It almost looks like some kind of rendering issue, perhaps a bug, but I cannot be sure. I am also wondering if this has anything to do with any new security on the newer versions of Outlook for Mac? We are using the Graph API connector (not EWS), which is the recommended way for setting up the interop, but still have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a known fix or workaround short of reverting to Legacy Mode? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!32Views0likes1Commentemail highlight color too pale
I am using Version 16.106 (26020821) of Outlook for Mac in the Office Home and Business 2024 package. Recent changes within the app have made selecting an email to read or delete very challenging. When you click on an email, or multiple emails for deletion, the color that's used for highlighting is much too pale. It's like a very light blue on a white screen background. Is it possible adjust the highlight color?63Views0likes2CommentsIt’s now easier to access iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts in Outlook
We’re excited to announce that the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook for iOS and Android now support easier iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts access. You no longer need to create and enter app-specific passwords to access your iCloud data in Outlook apps. Now using the OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol, simply sign in with your Apple Account to access your iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts in Outlook. If you already have iCloud set up in Outlook, in the coming months you will be asked to sign in, which will reauthenticate using the new OAuth 2.0 flow. Availability The ability to access iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts using the new authentication flow is rolling out across the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook for iOS and Android. If you attempt to access iCloud data and are presented with the previous Basic Authentication flow (prompting for an app-specific password), ensure you’ve updated to the latest Outlook app version and restart Outlook. For classic Outlook for Windows users, we recommend trying the new Outlook for Windows, which provides both the new authentication flow and built-in support for iCloud Mail, Calendar, and Contacts without the need for an Outlook add-in. Feedback We would love to hear from you. To submit your feedback, select: Help > Feedback in the new Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac Settings > Help & Feedback > Send Feedback in Outlook for iOS and Android3.4KViews2likes14Comments"Format picture" has disappeared from Outlook Mac
I use the Outlook app on 3 different MacBooks. Two have recently auto-updated Outlook to version 16.102.2, and I've lost the ability to format a picture in the body of an email. I use lots of screenshots in emails, and always put a border around them to clearly differentiate them from the body text. Right-click the image and select Format Picture from the menu. I can still do it in the third MacBook which is running Outlook version 16.84.2. I don't know if the latest update is meant to be an improvement, but I'm not happy about it! I'll turn off automate updates for the third MacBook. Not sure if I can revert the other two to version 16.84.2 - does anybody know if this is possible. Also wonder if users of the Windows app have experienced the same loss of the Format Picture feature?1.4KViews7likes14CommentsOutlook for Mac missing ToDo
Since a recent update, our Mac clients don't have any way to view ToDo or Tasks in the New Outlook. The tasks don't show in the My Day/Task pane, nor do we have a ToDo Icon ion the left sidebar like users of New Outlook on Windows do. Accessing OWA is now the only way for users to see tasks/flagged emails, but very much not the preferred solution since there IS a desktop client which should do that. Microsoft® Outlook for Mac Version 16.105 (26011018) This is a serious usability issue, is this really a design decision or some sort of an issue?1.2KViews5likes7CommentsOutlook for Mac issue with contacts when saved

I'm trying to change the avatar for a contact stored in my hotmail.com account in Outlook on the Mac. I right click on the listing on the People (contact) page and check "Edit." The avatar that appears on the contact card is not the same as the avatar that appears on the People listing page. No matter how I edit the Avatar in the card listing, it does not change the avatar that is displayed in the listing. Any so solution for this?50Views1like1Commentfind related messages in this conversation not working outlook 365 on macos

Keywords aren’t working as any text that appears in the “from” or “subject” field, or message body, is encoded, and/or the body is just an embedded image hosted on a random rotating website. The email domains rotate every single email (they are all just random word + random word @ random word + random word . com) The spam filter is catching them and moving them to junk but I’d like to know if there’s a way to block them or delete them so I don’t even have to see them. I receive so many of these daily from affiliate marketers for the same companies: National Debt Relief, Optima Tax, TruGreen, Amerisave, First American Home Warranty, Thermivest, Keranique, Orangetheory, Miracle Sheets, eHarmony, Empire Today, VSP Vision Plans, Canvas Prints, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, AARP, Blissy, Healthcare.com, Debt Relief, Life Line Screening, Leaf Filter, JG Wentworth. I never want to see the names of any of these companies in any folder in my email again. Is this possible or am I going to have to go through the hellish process of starting a new email and moving everything over?136Views0likes1Comment
