I have two business email addresses I would like to consolidate into one. The "old" email address is only accessible via Outlook on the Web. The "new" email address is only accessible via Outlook on my desktop. Is there a way I can export all of my emails and subfolders from my old email address (outlook on the web) and export them into my new email address (outlook on my desktop)? From what I can see, there isn't a File>Import/Export option on the Outlook web interface. I have already set up mail forwarding for future emails. Really would like to fully migrate to the new email address inbox without having to hop back to the old email address inbox to reference something. Thanks in advance! Multiple staff members have created BOOKINGS calendars with names very similar to their "regular, primary" email addresses - and other staff are mistakenly grabbing the BOOKINGS address, rather than their primary address, from the GAL. I know that the BOOKINGS email addresses can be hidden from the GAL - but are there any functional ramifications to hiding a BOOKINGS email address, such that it's not a good idea to hide them? (i.e. reminders or other automated processes don't work as expected? Bookings calendar not visible somewhere that it should be? Bookings appointments don't flow into user's Outlook as expected? etc.?) Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.1.7KViews1like1CommentHow to search all groups from within Outlook
Hello, looking to migrate our current Public Folders to 365 Groups. From within Outlook (Classic) our end users can search all Public Folder content (Emails). In Groups it looks like you cannot search all Groups for content, you can only search one Group at time. In the Outlook search options we have tried All Outlook Items, All Mailboxes, etc. but nothing seems to work. Just curious if anyone had any suggestions or recommendations or is this just a limitation? Thank you!Solved202Views0likes3CommentsTeams addin missing in Classic outlook in Azure virtual desktop
Hello Everyone! We have both classic and new teams installed in our AVD environment, Win11 Multisession. Since we have updated our AVD machines with the new image, we noticed that it does not have the Teams add-in in classic Outlook. We already checked in com-addins, but Teams was not listed there. Do any of you also face the same issue? Can you please help us understand how we can get the Teams Addin back in the classic Outlook? We are using the source image plan "win11-23h2-avd-m365," which has this issue. Please let me know if you need more information. Thank youSolved3KViews0likes9Commentscategory in ms365 group calendar
In our organization are shared mailboxes a commom used item. We want to go with the flow and want to migrate to office365 groups. This new groups has the future, so the can be used in more options as de shared mailbox. How ever the group calander is a step back in time. Many departments uses the calender function of the shared mailbox and uses also the colored category function to see which task and/or messages belongds to which employee. When an employee change the status of an item every other employee sees this chages at the changed color and description. In de calender of the MS365 group the catergorization is only functional in the outlook session of an user. So when a user create a calender item this items appears in every members outlook sessie, however the catergorization whice is made to the item is not visual for the other members. On the internet I see notice of this back to 2019. Is there a roadmap which tells when this will be implemented. Without the categorization the group calender is not useful to us.927Views1like1CommentAutomatically adding BCC to outlook 365 (web)
How do I BCC my personal email on all my work emails when sending a message? I've tried using the Quick Steps feature but as you can see below it does not offer "reply to". I've seen several forums for a "rule" but again I am having trouble finding the "file" feature. We have 365 web not the client. Is my request even possible? Hi @all in the Exchange Hub, I have some questions regarding the possibility to allow users uploading S/MIME certificates to the global adress list. We get the certificates from a third-party supplier (no self-generation via AD) At the moment we are using an on-premise mail server (no Exchange) and want to migrate to Exchange Online. We built a test-environment with a local Active Directory and a Microsoft 365 Tenant. I´ve done a test with my account in Outlook 365. All works. I was able to import the certificate and publish it in the GAL. A pop-up confirmed the successfull upload to the GAL On another account we tried the same and got following message: "There are no valid security settings to publish. Do you want to remove the previously published settings?" (sorry, translated it from german). If I press no --> nothing happens If I press yes --> following message appears: "Your certificates were successfully removed" --> and nothing happens (no confirmation of successfull uploading) Where is the error? What I have to configurate that it works? And another essential question: If I search in the microsoft docs how users can publish certificates I can only find the path: Outlook --> local Active Directory --> AD Connect --> Exchange Online Is this the only way of publishing? Background of this question: I mentioned above that the GAL publishing of my certificate worked. I can't find the certificate in the local Active Directory in the userCertificate attribute. But I can find a certificate (via PowerShell) in ExchangeOnline. Hope you understand my questions. Thanks in advance for answering 🙂5.8KViews0likes3CommentsSharepoint access requests in Outlook
Hello, Since a couple of weeks, we are facing a weird issue in the Outlook client. Some of our users can't approve SharePoint access requests in Outlook anymore.
