Microsoft Templates for Azure Application upload
Hi All, Are there ready to use templates for the documentation that Microsoft is requesting to upload for this offer type - such as Solution and Deployment Architecture, Customer Installation Guide, Customer Onboarding and Configuration Guide, Data Integration Guide. If yes, could someone share the links or the templates. Thank you!Delay in Marketplace Revenue Being Reported in Revenue Report
We're having an issue where we're missing a large chunk of our July 2026 revenue being reported in our https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/insights/commercial-marketplace/analytics/revenue. We usually see a small delay of up to a few days for the previous month's revenue to show up, but it's been over 2 weeks now and we're still missing a large portion of our expected Revenue. We've confirmed in our service that we sent the correct meters and we haven't churned a large chunk of our customer base. Is there a place we can go or API we can call to pull more up to date information? Or is there a known delay in August that is causing a longer-than-usual delay?SaaS Offer | Error Tax
We are testing the creation of a SaaS offer following the Microsoft documentation. During the Pricing and Availability configuration, we configure the plan as Private and add a tenant ID for the restricted audience. We have already tested with two different tenant IDs, but the offer cannot be published and Partner Center displays the following message: "This account is not eligible for publication due to invalid payment, pending payment, or invalid tax information." Questions: Could this error be related to the publisher account's Payout/Tax profile rather than the tenant ID used for the private audience? Is there any way to identify which payment/tax validation is failing in Partner Center? Screenshot attached. Additional context: the tenant ID used for the private audience was validated with multiple tenants, so we are trying to determine whether this is actually a publisher account configuration issue rather than a tenant eligibility issue.Stop searching for training. To do this, simply add ?action=follow to the end of any site within the community. You will then get a notification asking if you would like to follow that space. "Following" a site allows you to get notifications for activity on that site, such as new posts, replies to comments you posted, when a post you are following is marked as "solved," etc. Here are the links to follow relevant both Marketplace community sites: Marketplace discussion board Marketplace blog Marketplace community eventsNomination window open for Microsoft Marketplace Partner of the Year Award!

Hi all, We have a situation where a customer is asking for a 'private offer' to be published to them - which is fine, we have done that. However, their procurement processes don't appears quite up to speed with using 'digital marketplaces' and so their procurement person is asking if we can send them a PDF hardcopy of the 'private offer', so they can send it onwards internally for approvals, before clicking the 'accept and then 'purchase' buttons in Marketplace. It seems that the authority within the customer that needs to approve it, is not actually a person that uses or will log onto the Azure Portal to view and accept the offer... and that a person who will logon to the Azure Portal to 'accept' it, first needs to send a PDF/hardcopy to someone to approve it. Is there a way that we as the ISV can export the 'private offer' to PDF for them, or a way for them to view the private offer in their Azure Portal and to export that to a PDF, so they can use internally for their approval processes?Solved
