Trapped in an Authenticator Loop
Dear Community, please help! I am trapped in an Authenticator Loop. I've got a microsoft workplace account, but if I want to log in, I have to type in a code from the microsoft authenticator app. I downloaded the app, but in order to use it, I have to log into my account and in order to do so, I also have to type in a code from the authenticator app, which I don't get, because to get the code I would have to log into the authenticator app, what I would need a code for... No matter which link I click, I can't open anything before I enter the code, which I can't get. I am using teams on mac, either on a firefox browser or on the desktop app and the authenticator on an Iphone. Please don't just tell me "don't use teams on a mac", this wasn't my choice. Unfortunately, my emplyer's IT support also is chronically unavailable. So is here anyone who could help me? I've already gone through the usual deleting the app, using another browser etc. options. Hello! Hope you are all well! I would like to see filters of personal/ Work and school accounts or by domain. Or even the ability to organise accounts manually into groups. Currently have a long list of personal accounts and work account.
Dynamic Mandatory Fields
In a SharePoint library, I have folders which are = a. Admin b. Events c. Furniture and Moves d. Janitorial and Maintenance e. Parking and Transportation f. Shipping and Receiving g. Supplies and Equipment h. Waste and Recycling I have Meta data across the library whose data type are all choices and are: a. Document Type = Contract, Financial, planning b. Building = Gym, Garage, Heating c. Asset Category = Office, Playground d. Fiscal Year = FY23, FY24, FY25, FY26, FY27 e. Vendor = Maple Leaf, Canadian Tire, Home Depot f. Status = Active, Pending, Not Active g. Retention Label = 3 years, 5 years h. Service Type = Admin, Events, Furniture and Moves, Janitorial and Maintenance, Parking and Transportation, Shipping and Receiving, Supplies and Equipment, Waste and Recycling Service Type and Retention Label are mandatory fields, with the Rule below for all the files in the various folders: IF Folder Name = Admin, then Service Type = Admin and Retention Label = 5 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Fiscal Year IF Folder Name = Events, then Service Type = Events and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Fiscal Year, Building and Vendor IF Folder Name = Furniture and Moves, then Service Type = Furniture and Moves and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Building IF Folder Name = Janitorial and Maintenance, then Service Type = Janitorial and Maintenance and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Fiscal Year IF Folder Name = Parking and Transportation, then Service Type = Parking and Transportation and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Fiscal Year IF Folder Name = Shipping and Receiving, then Service Type = Shipping and Receiving and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status IF Folder Name = Supplies and Equipment, then Service Type = Supplies and Equipment and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Fiscal Year IF Folder Name = Waste and Recycling, then Service Type = Waste and Recycling and Retention Label = 3 years; the mandatory fields should be Document Type, Status and Vendor I have used Column Default Value Settings for SharePoint to display Auto-Display the Service Type and Retention Label, but I cannot seem to perform the conditional mandatory fields using Validations setting for the other requirements. Ruler Feature Disappeared from Microsoft Word on Android Tablet
Hello everyone, My father recently bought a new Android tablet specifically to use Microsoft Word for his work because he relies heavily on the Ruler feature. When I first installed Word, the Ruler was available and worked perfectly. However, after restarting the tablet, it disappeared. Since then, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, tried different versions of Word, checked all the settings, and confirmed that we had an active Microsoft 365 subscription, but the Ruler is still missing. My father has also tried adjusting to different document layouts and workarounds, but unfortunately none of them are practical for his workflow. He simply cannot work efficiently without the Ruler feature. Has anyone experienced this issue? Is the Ruler still supported in Microsoft Word for Android, or has it been removed? If it's still available, is there any way to restore it or install a version that includes it? My father bought this tablet mainly for Microsoft Word, so this feature is essential for his work. I posted this before but made a mistake with my write up, so I am reposting. I have a requirement that the Recycle bin and Site Contents should be be hidden from the Site Members and Site Visitors. Please how can I achieve this because the Server Infrastructure activation is not working for me. Any workarounds? Please help
I cannot sync Samsung Gallery with OneDrive
I recently changed my password to outlook and since then my photos sync between gallery and onedrive stopped working. It says I need to sign in again. I did so, I got logged in with the work flow and then I can see only half empty screen asking for permissions between Samsung account and Microsoft. I cant proceed or do anything else than just close the app. It's galaxy S25 ultra, 8.5 one UI. Checked on my other device and it's exactly the same. Screenshot is here: https://imgur.com/a/D87FNP3
How to modify which folders to backup on android onedrive app
Currently my Android OneDrive app backs up photos from many different folders as can be seen in screenshot below in section "Back up device folders". How can I modify this list? It seem it ends up backing up screenshots too which I will like to remove along with many other unknown folders. Custom column layout breaks on mobile view — SharePoint Online Communication Site
Hi everyone, I'm working on a SharePoint Online Communication Site and I've built a custom card section manually each element (image, text, badge, link) was added as a separate web part and organized inside a column section. On desktop it looks exactly as designed. The issue is on *mobile view*: all elements fall apart. The image sits alone at the top, the text below it disconnected, as if the column grouping doesn't exist at all. I understand SharePoint collapses columns into a single column on mobile, but I'd expect it to at least respect the visual grouping of each block. What I've already tried: - "Embed" web part → only accepts iframe, HTML/CSS not supported - "Script editor / Code snippet" web part → accepts inline CSS but it's not a sustainable solution for non-technical users My question: Is there any native setting, web part, or no-code alternative that allows custom card layouts to look good on both desktop and mobile without breaking the grouping?
