I’m requesting the ability to become the full administrator of Outlook newsletters not just in my organization, but across Microsoft 365. I want to manage templates, delivery settings, analytics, and permissions. My goal is to have broader control over how newsletters are created, customized, and distributed. I’m passionate about communication and want to help shape how newsletters work in Outlook. Please consider adding a role or feature that allows users like me to take ownership and lead newsletter strategy across organizations. I’ve seen cases where people used newsletters to share inappropriate content, including profanity and offensive language. Without proper moderation tools, this can damage professional communication and create serious issues. I want to help prevent misuse by having the ability to moderate, approve, or restrict newsletter content before it’s sent. I also want to contribute to improving the overall design and performance of the newsletter experience, making it more intuitive, professional, and reliable. Giving users like me full control over Outlook newsletters would improve communication quality, prevent abuse, and empower responsible leadership across organizations. If exclusive admin control isn’t granted, at minimum there should be a designated Admin role because without clear ownership, misuse and poor communication will continue unchecked. I’m ready to take on that responsibility and help shape the future of Outlook newsletters.73Views1like1CommentAre Outlook Reactions Included in .MSG or .PST Exports?
Hi, I’d like to confirm whether reactions to Outlook emails (e.g., 👍, ❤️) are included when exporting: a single message as a .msg file, and a mailbox to .pst (via Outlook or Microsoft 365 eDiscovery). From what I understand, reactions are stored separately in Exchange Online and only visible in the Outlook interface. Are they included in any form during export?65Views0likes1CommentDKIM support for personalised email addresses on Microsoft 365 Personal & Family
New mailboxes with personalised domains on Microsoft 365 Personal & Family were discontinued for new users as of November 30, 2023, but there are still a lot of users using them The lack of DKIM support is a problem, since there are increasing efforts to make SPF & DKIM mandatory in order for email to be received. Microsoft themselves acknowledge the need to enable DKIM: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/authenticate-outbound-email-to-improve-deliverability/bc-p/4043722 So when will Microsoft enable DKIM support for personalised email addresses on Microsoft 365 Personal & Family?571Views0likes0Comments"New Outlook" on Windows - Unable to add Additional Mailbox folders to the Favourites section
Hi, As per subject, I have changed over to the New Outlook on Windows and used to be able to pin folders from additional mailboxes (Shared mailboxes) to the Favourites section. This enabled me to view inboxes of multiple mailboxes without needing to constantly scroll down and check. The new version no longer gives that option and nests all additional mailboxes under 'Shared with me'. It used to be available on the menu option when right clicking on a mailbox folder:1.9KViews1like2CommentsOutlook 365 desktop App and Joining Groups that you already own
This is a bit of weird one: we have a number of groups where the owner wants to be able to control the calendar using Outlook desktop app on Win10. I have set the following: -HiddenFromExchangeClientsEnabled:$False To all of the M365 Groups, of which the colleague is an owner and have added myself as an owner to be able to add them to my Desktop app. However, having restarted the app, waited a until the following morning, all i get is a request to join the group of which i am already an owner, it is the same for the colleague that requested it. I have browsed to the groups on admin centre and have checked that the tickbox for "hide from address list" is clear, which it is. So far i have only been able to add one group and it has exactly the same settings as the others that i cannot add. Has anyone come across this and will you share what you did to fix this? Many thanks.800Views0likes1Comment
