Are Outlook Reactions Included in .MSG or .PST Exports?
Hi,
I’d like to confirm whether reactions to Outlook emails (e.g., 👍, ❤️) are included when exporting:
- a single message as a .msg file, and
- a mailbox to .pst (via Outlook or Microsoft 365 eDiscovery).
From what I understand, reactions are stored separately in Exchange Online and only visible in the Outlook interface. Are they included in any form during export?

They are stored as a MAPI property within the message itself, see for example: https://office365itpros.com/2023/09/19/outlook-reactions-disable/
