Hello Microsoft Support Community, Our organization (Al-Rifqa Organization for Community Peace) has been officially approved for the Microsoft Nonprofit Grant program. We received the confirmation email and successfully logged into the Admin Center using our organization account: **Admin email**: email address removed for privacy reasons However, when we try to access or assign the Microsoft 365 Business Premium Grant license from the Admin Center, we receive this message: **"You are not eligible to buy this product"** We kindly request assistance to resolve this issue so we can begin using the licensed services. Thank you very much. Best regards, Alaa Al-Hemeri Al-Rifqa Organization for Community PeaceNo CSP Spotlight and Licensing Update sessions in FY24
I have heard that these very valuable monthly sessions ran by the Licensing School are not to feature during Microsoft's FY24. In my experience these sessions are always very well attended, and extremely helpful in highlighting the regular licensing changes and challenges. I would like to ask that Microsoft reverse their decision not to host these sessions please!Bridge to the Cloud 2 Promo
Dear community We are still struggling with the best way to buy/get BttC2 Promo for our Dynamics AX customers. How do you guys get the SKUs when the migration project starts (as soon as customer is involved)? According to the FAQ, the customer can only once buy BttC2 SKUs ("...and is available only to customers that have not previously purchased a cloud version of the product..."). So basically, as from day 1 of the migration project, ALL possible SKUs have to be bought (even though with their bare minimum) because otherwise the customer would lose eligibility? Previously I thought (and I know, other partners are doing it this way) as long as the customer is on active EP, they can get BttC SKUs (so basically one initially for 20 users for the duration of the migration and as soon as they go live with a second order for the rest of the users). Any inputs welcome on how you guys are handling this. cheers DanielSolved4.7KViews0likes15CommentsDynamics Marketing attach license
If a customer wants to switch to a Dynamics Marketing attach license from a normal Marketing License because they now own 10 sales professional can they do this? Or do they have to switch to customer insight attach because they are not seen as a renewal even if effectively they are a renewal?1.1KViews1like2CommentsUpgrade path from Dynamics HR Self Service NCE > Dynamics Enterprise Team Member

Hello, May I ask when the Fortnightly CSP Spotlight and Licensing Updates will be reinstated? These sessions with Louise are an invaluable source of information as it discusses in detail the Microsoft licensing updates and product changes (which changes often). We are looking at deploying Defeder for Servers and I see in the documentation a Plan 1 and Plan 2 version. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/defender-for-cloud/plan-defender-for-servers-select-plan. However when I check the current July price list for NCE I only see a single ProductID CFQ7TTC0QKW2 and no indication of a Plan level. Is the defult now Plan 2 under the ProductID shown? Hello, We're taking the opportunity during these strange times to review our licensing agreements and decide whether we would be better off changing things around. However, I'm having trouble understanding exactly what is included in the Microsoft 365 E3 package. The details state that it includes Windows 10 and Server CALs, but does that mean that we could safely cancel our existing OVS-ES agreement and switch to licensing directly from Microsoft? In doing so, we would gain lots of management capabilities using InTune (and Endpoint Manager), but the cost would be so high that it will only work if we can offset it against not renewing our OVS-ES agreement. We already have Office 365 ProPlus included with our Office 365 A1 package, and recently switched to licensing Office using the shared computer activation feature, thereby foregoing our entitlement to Office 2019 ProPlus from the OVS-ES agreement. (There's a strange link here anyway.. I feel like we only get O365 ProPlus installation rights through O365 because of the OVS-ES agreement, though we would keep this benefit if switching to M365 E3 anyway so this seems elementary to me.) Why is MS Licensing so convoluted?! (Probably out of necessity, I know.. just makes it hard to properly compare options!)16KViews0likes1Comment
