The sensitive labels are not visible in the document library if a document is tagged.
I am following the below mentioned steps for this issue: 1. Create a label through Security and Compliance Center. 2. Publish a label and use the same to tag my documents and upload them in both OneDrive and Sharepoint. Issue: Not able to see the labels applied in the document libraries.Can you prevent the downgrade of a sensitivity label?
I know you can require a justification to downgrade a label to a less restrictive label, but can you prevent it? It seems a logical extension of this capability but I cannot find any articles to suggest this is possible. The only thing I can think of is to encrypt the label, and don't allow the "Edit rights". I am going to be testing this, but I was wondering if there is another (better) way.
Size dimensions of chart labels keep reverting back to original size when opening the document.
I have a line chart with series/values labels outside of one of the line markers. The series name and value are too big for the default size, so I've manually resized the H and W dimensions of the label. All looks great. I save the document. When I re-open the document, all of the labels have reverted back to their original size and require me to manually re-size them again. If I PDF the document, the report is fine, but I want to be able to open the document and work with it in PPT and have those label sizes stay put. Anyone know how this can be achieved?Version and UIVersionString Label are not always the same
I recently setup the manual UIVersionString Label so that the version of documents can be shown inside a document file from a SharePoint library. However I have found despite doing this, the label doesn't always show the correct version and is sometimes a couple of versions behind. What can cause this?

I am trying to learn the Retention and Sensitive labels in office 365. I have an office 365 dev subscription and I created some retention labels and published it. But in my sharepoint team sites document library, I am not seeing options to apply labels. Are there any extra settings i need to enable this labeling to sharepoint library? Hi Team. I deploy Microsoft Information Protection with sensitivity labels. After create labels, in both, Office clients and Web, show error: Information Rights Management not configured. For configure IRM, sign in Office, create message or document protected by IRM existing (Attach message in spanish). Trobleshooting: Migrate service Azure Information Protection to Microsoft Information Protection. Delete all labels migrated from AIP to MIP. Create new labels in MIP. Test in Word, Outlook client. I recently implemented the Azure Information Protection P1 in my tennant. When I label a document as "Confidential - All Employees" it becomes available to all employees. If I share the document by rightclicking the document and using the "Azure information Protection" Client - and then I classify the Document as "Confidential - All Employees" - and check the "Protect with custom permissions" and choose an email from outside my organisation, it will then override that label and not allow Employees to open the document. I want to create a tag/label within my SharePoint portal similar to how this site handles labels. I would like sections to have clickable labels/tags that will list related information but have been unable to achieve this. I used the term store and displayed a category field using page properties web part, but unable to link the actual terms. Any information would be helpful. Edit sensitivity labels in bulk
I have a user with dozens of files that are tagged with sensitivity label 'Private \ Internal' but now wishes to share them to an external user. Obviously with this label external users are blocked from viewing the files, is there any way to bulk change these files to another sensitivity label we have called 'Private \ External' which would enable the external viewers to view them? essentially I'm asking if there is a bulk method to change files sensitivity labels from their original ones to a new one?
