Hello. I have a quiz with a branched question. Depending on the answer outcome, the quiz will progress downwards and everything works. My issue is when the final score is tallied, this branched question is not being auto-graded so I am not receiving a 100% but only 95%. I have indicated any answer will be fine for this branched question since it's directional. So I'm looking for this question and answer to be bypassed during final scoring, or automatically include it as a correct answer as part of the final score. Currently, it's not being graded but counted as a question without an answer (I assume?)56Views0likes1CommentPersonal account. Forms will not let me edit etc
Hi, I have tried to go via Microsoft help, they have said there is no issue with my account. I have a personal account, set up some forms a while ago which have been working fine. Yesterday when a user when to complete the form it said - The account associated with this form has been blocked. I can see the Forms I have created and have ownership of. I cant edit, copy, save or see responses on them. Have tried different browsers, private etc but still can't do anything.34Views0likes1CommentDisabling Copilot in Forms not possible
Hi everyone, Not sure if this has been addressed before - I couldn’t find anything about it in this forum. Since Copilot is now integrated into Microsoft Forms, there doesn’t seem to be any option to disable it (like in Word, Excel, Powerpoint). What I find frustrating is that every time I open a previously saved form, Copilot automatically runs checks and generates recommendations—which, in my experience, aren’t particularly useful. More concerning is that this process does consume AI credits. I'm on a personal plan with 60 credits, I’d prefer to have control over how and when those are used, rather than having them spent automatically on features I didn’t explicitly choose to use. Microsoft support has confirmed that there’s currently no way to turn Copilot off in Forms. Is anyone else experiencing this, and isn't this something Microsoft should address? Thanks!403Views2likes3CommentsForms Governance
Is there any plan to improve Forms governance for administrators and users at large organizations? It feels like several of the back-end underpinnings of Forms are still living in the "consumer product" governance model, versus an "enterprise product" one. Such as: Giving admins more than 30 days to recover an orphaned form from a terminated employee before it's gone. Currently after this time period the best-effort approach seems to be to do an e-discovery hoping to find the results file so at least previous answers and a roadmap for re-creation of the form questions can be provided. Improving the types of survey questions and integration into Powerpoint to come closer to the capabilities of 3rd party products like Slido. Many of these capabilities/features/management tools have been being asked for for years. Quite frankly, we administrators are much more interested in these kinds of nuts and bolts core functions than integrating animated backgrounds/sounds and other window-dressing bells and whistles. Would love to hear others' perspectives and hopefully this will catch the eye of someone with the product group. Thanks!58Views0likes2CommentsOutlook add-in
Is there a way to create an item in Microsoft Lists directly from Outlook email? For example, a data entry form that would populate the fields of the Microsoft Lists. I have this function with Smartsheet and hoping that the same functionality exists in the Microsoft environment.7.4KViews1like3CommentsI am Facing Microsoft form related issue
