can't access forms survey answers after account was blocked

hi, hope I'm doing this right (I'm a first timer here). my account was blocked out of nowhere earlier, after verification (worked only by swapping networks), I can access forms (and a current running survey) again. I see how many answered, but not the answers. same in incognito window. on my mobile (via wifi, while desktop currently via mobile data)  I can't log into my account. --> Case number: 7110574065 what to do to fix this? I'm desperate and already grateful for any help
