Microsoft forms and external upload files possible?
Good afternoon, We as a company want to create forms that our customers can fill in with the data we need. Like plans and technical drawings. I hoped that it would be possible to create these forms, but when i try to add the upload file question I need to change the settings to only internal. Is there no possibility to create forms that have the request of uploading files from external parties we send the link to? Kind regards, Carina
List external users and their status
Hi all I desperately need a way to list all external Azure AD users including their status (if they have accepted the invitation or not), and it would be nice to be able to filter on domain. On TechNet I have found this PowerShell command: Get-SPOExternalUser -Position 0 -PageSize 30 -Filter @testsite.com It doesn't work though, because it doesn't accept the "@" and if I use the commend without filter, it doen't list information about the users invitational status. Another problem is that -PageSize can't exceed 50 - and we have hundreds of external users. Any suggestions? Thanks JakobSharePoint Communication Sites - "Send by email" settings
Hello, In th new communication sites you have that "Send by email" on top of every news/page. Is it possible to control it somehow via the settings? Apparently it is possible to email a news to an External User and we want to avoid that. Even if the external user cannot open the link in the email, they can see a preview of the page/news. Everyone external Share permission in SharePoint Online per note from MS Support
We have enacted the following instructions in SharePoint Online to enable the Anyone external sharing option. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Turn-external-sharing-on-or-off-for-SharePoint-Online-6288296a-b6b7-4ea4-b4ed-c297bf833e30#ID0EAABAAA=Office_365_Groups We received a note from MS Support saying that in late March, the Everyone sharing option would be changed. See information here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4089534/how-to-grant-the-everyone-claim-to-external-users-in-office-365 We are unfamiliar with the Everyone setting. I simply would like to confirm that the changes we enacted to enable Anyone external sharing will still be functional past the March 23 date mentioned in that communication. Thanks all.
Can we share form to specific external users and capture who submitted the response?
Hello, We would like to understand if we can share the form to specific external users. Also, the available option - 'Anyone with link can respond' does not capture the email and name of the responder. Can this be possible to in forms ? Shared calendar with edit rights to external users
I work in a shared building and I would like to create a calendar in our organisation to control meeting room bookings but I would also like to allow other companies in the building to share this calendar and edit items / make bookings. I cant see how I can share an outlook calendar with edit rights - is this possible? so the only other option I can see is to create a sharepoint site with a calendar embedded and allow external users to view / edit this. Any comments or suggestions welcome.
"File Upload" Option not available for external users.
"File upload" option is only available when set Microsoft Forms “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” is the selected setting. When we set, "Anyone can Respond" the option "Upload File" greyed out
External User
Hello, I am the admin of Microsoft Intune for a small company. we have to send some phones to other users outside of the company and control the phones. so I have 2 questions. 1. how can I add an external user or email address under the Group>Users? I don't want to create a company email for each one of the external users. 2. we have to send the phones out and they will be with external users for 1 year. I want to have SuperVision control on the phone so they can not remove any app or remove our access. do we have this option? P.S: it will be mostly iPhone devices. Thanks for your help. Regards
