Hello, We are currently part of the CSP program and I am trying to find out how to be able to transact Enterprise Agreements for a large customer. It seems that we need to become LAR (Large Account Resellers). If that's the case, how can we become a LAR? Thank you very much in advance.Microsoft 365 Copilot in CSP
Hi, after the removal of the 300-seat requirement and now being available also for SMBs, the announcement also mentioned that Copilot is now also available through CSP partners (see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2024/01/15/expanding-copilot-for-microsoft-365-to-businesses-of-all-sizes/ and https://blogs.partner.microsoft.com/partner/announcing-copilot-in-csp/). But I can't find the SKU on the pricing list (at least the one for Spain) for February or March. I don't believe it's possible but wanted to ask if anyone has ever had Microsoft tag an existing Commercial tenant as Nonprofit. We have a small client who after years of trying finally got a nonprofit tenant. However, they have been live in a commercial tenant for 5 years. We did open a ticket with Microsoft and were told it's not possible. Thanks MarkSolvedWould someone from the Microsoft Partner Program please answer three simple questions
1: With the new partner scheme, why is there no weighting for types of Office 365 licenses sold? A customer 11 Exchange online licenses, are a valid workload. However, a second customer with 8 Microsoft 365 Business Premium is not a valid workload. Surely the second customer should have more weighing based on license value? 2: In a current business climate where businesses even Microsoft are making redundancies, we as partners have to buck that global trend and sell more Microsoft licenses annually to our customers. 3: Microsoft next big push is AI, like most technologies these are designed create efficiencies (reduce head count), again we are encouraged to sell our customers AI and expected the same customers buy more licenses. With points 2 and 3 in mind, shouldn’t customer retention carry a higher value.
