Hello dear community, I love viva enage and the path it has taken. Now with the co-pilot in preview, things are really coming together. Just one question has been bothering me for a long time: Does anyone here know why emojis have not been used on a social platform like this until now? Yes, you can react with emojis, but what would be much more important is to use emojis when writing a discussion question or post. And if someone knows the answer, why was it omitted ? Hi everyone We have planned to enable Viva Engage for users. There is a problem with uploading a cover photo for the "All Company" Community. No community administrator or yammer administrator is able to upload a phote, all of them get the same error message: "The cover photo failed to upload, because some media didn't upload. Please try again." Hi everyone! I needed to edit a Viva Engage post with a link. I thought it was successful, because the text link was updated. However, the embedded link (the one that's in a rectangular box showing the link title and some text + image on the left side) is still showing the old link. How do I edit this embedded link, too? Hello everyone! I have some questions about viva engage, I hope someone can help me. Is it possible to hide the "create a community" option, so that only a few users that I select can see it? How can I schedule posts? For us it's very important to know how, because all the communication we had on Facebook, we now do on Viva Engage. When I remove or add a member to a community (1 to 1 or by csv file), how can I turn off email notification? we don't want anyone to receive notification that they have been removed or added to the community. Is there an option we can configure to disable all notifications for all users? and then each one can configure it as required. Hello everyone, We have an issue with Viva Engage. A guest user of ours cannot post comments or posts, regardless of the community. The error message keeps coming. "Your message was not posted, please try again soon." We have already logged him out and logged in (also in different browsers) and changed his password, unfortunately all to no avail. It works fine for other guest users... just not for him. My next step would be to recreate the guest user. However, it apparently only deactivates and reactivates the Viva Engage account. I think that won't be successful either. "When a user is deleted from Office 365, they are automatically deactivated or suspended in Viva Engage. Normally it is marked that a person should receive a notification 15 to 20 minutes after publishing a post. However, my colleagues receive notifications of my posts by email about 12 hours later. Hi! In my company we created a new "all" community in Viva Engage. We deleted the default "all company" but, on the client and web apps, it still appears in the "my communities" section. If you click it, it says the community has been deleted. Is there a way to make deleted communties disappear from "my communities" section? I would like to create a flow in Power Automate to download the current list of some 924 OKRs in our 15 organisations and send it to PowerBI and trying to learn how to do it but "Viva Goals" appears nowhere in any Power Automate community search and "Power Automate" appears nowhere in any Viva Goals community search.
