We rolled out Microsoft Teams and Planner for a project at our organization. We have guest access turned on and enabled across Teams and Planner and everything seems to be working well. However, we noticed that our guest users do not seem to be able to access Planner thru the iOS app on their phone. It just says "Can't open link - You either don't have access to this item or it has been deleted" Is this a settings issue or something that isn't available on the iOS app yet?2.7KViews2likes6CommentsPlanner App no longer showing Private/To Do tasks or Flagged Emails
I noticed that the Planner App in Microsoft Teams is no longer showing Private/To Do tasks or Flagged emails. This is true in both the Teams Desktop client as well as Teams for the Web. However, they do appear in the Planner app within the Mobile Teams app. I am on targeted release and have attached my version information. I confirmed they are still showing up for a user that is not on targeted release...so I assume there is an issue with the newest version of Teams. Does anyone else notice this? How do I link a ToDo list to a Chat (NOT a Team's Channel)
Hi, In a Microsoft Teams Channel, you can set up the Lists app or install the Planner app to track tasks. However, I have a chat with my boss (not a Teams Channel), and we want to track our to-dos or tasks. For some reason, I can't install the Lists or Planner app in our chat. When I click on the "+" sign at the bottom, the apps I mentioned above aren't showing up. Vipul43Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft planner notifications
As an office, we use Microsoft Planner. Recently, we started using the new version of Planner and have mainly been using the web version so far. Since the update, we no longer receive notifications when someone completes a task. Notifications for assigning a task to someone are working properly; we receive these in both Outlook and Teams. All notifications are enabled under the notifications and activities settings.2.2KViews0likes1CommentSlow Start for the New Planner App in Teams
In April, Microsoft launched the new Planner, complete with a new Planner app for Teams. The makeover is nice and the ability to create personal plans is appreciated. However, Planner Premium licenses are needed to access any of the Project on the web features that the new Planner is absorbing. https://practical365.com/new-planner-app/510Views0likes1Comment
