One of our branches opened Bookings today and all their services are listed under Deleted Services. It doesn't appear this way for me but all the staff members in the branch see this view. If they uncheck deleted services, then all the appointments disappear from the calendar. If they go to the Booking calendar in Outlook. the appointments appear fine.4.5KViews2likes12CommentsOur mail domain isn't safe by default for Exchange Online users
Hello all, Our PR Team requested to force automatic download of pictures for internal letters that are sent by the team. We decide to use GP setting "Automatically download content for e-mail from people in Safe Senders and Safe Recipients Lists" from Office an administrative template. It works fine for users with on-prem mailboxes because our mail domain is in the Safe Senders by default, but it doesn't work for users with mailboxes in Exchange Online. For EO mailboxes, pictures of internal letters are not downloaded automatically in classic Outlook. They have to add "@<our mail domain" to Safe Senders list to download pictures automatically. Any attempts to add the same domain by using Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration fail because "the domain is the default mail domain"! (And should be treated as safe). Headers show that letters are not "Anonymous" but internal. It looks like a bug, or we missed something in our Hybrid configuration. Any ideas? I have 2 different exchange accounts, for both I am utilizing Outlook 365. I am wanting to copy all my folders and their structure from one email address to the other (100+ folders). Is there an easy way to do this without re-building the entire structure? Bonus: Is it also possible to move the messages from one exchange account to the other so I can migrate all my messages into one account?21KViews1like8CommentsBook Time with Me doesn't work when user is logged in
Some of our user are trying to use the "Book Time with Me" page to let customers book meeting with them. The page works great when the person trying to book time is NOT logged into a Microsoft account (they select the "Continue as guest" option) - they can see available times and book a meeting. If they person logs in (with any Microsoft account - work or personal) then they don't see any available time slots OR they get a message "You do not have access to Bookings with me". Anyone know how to get it working for all users?2.3KViews0likes8CommentsAll the sensitivity labels are not showing in the new outlook
I recently noticed that some sensitivity labels are missing in Outlook. I used to see all four labels—Public, Internal, Confidential, and Restricted—but now I only see Public and Internal. The full list still appears in Word and PowerPoint. I just switched to the new Outlook experience and the issue persists there.53Views0likes1Comment"New Outlook" Inbox not updating
In the "New Outlook" (which appears identical to the current web version of outlook): whenever I get a new email, I will get a notification and the unread counter next to my inbox tab will increase by one... but the email itself will not appear in the inbox UNTIL I click out of the inbox and back into it! It doesn't appear that the inbox can refresh itself "on-the-fly" as new emails come in, it only refreshes itself when it is loaded up! Are others experiencing this issue? I see svhelden posted about it a year ago but they said a software update fixed it... to me it seems to still be occurring with both the desktop and web app.67KViews5likes25Comments
